Issues When Logging In

I get a generic error when trying to log in

If you try to log in and see this:

This means there is an error with the authorization provider for Keystone Designer. If you navigate to https://mvso.fortresspower.io/ and reset your password, you should be able to log in. 

Energy Profile Issues

My .csv energy use profile is marked as invalid, but I don't know why

If you've uploaded a .csv file made by saving an Excel file into a .csv format, it's likely that there is additional, hidden information in your Excel file that is making the .csv look invalid to us. Sometimes Excel will see additional columns to the right of your data or rows underneath it, and when converting to .csv format, those come across as commas were we're not expecting them.

To troubleshoot an invalid energy use profile, open the profile in a text editor such as Notepad or Notepad++ and see what the raw text looks like. It should contain only two columns and no empty rows.
