Viewing and Sharing Results
Viewing and Sharing Results
The results of your optimization scenario can be accessed in two ways.
1. The email notification sent when the scenario run is complete contains a link to the results report.
2. On the project page within the Keystone Designer user interface, the scenario name will be a hyperlink to navigate to the same report.
Once you've navigated to the report, you have several options available at the top of the report screen:
-
Scenario Timeline: use this option to view all scenario status updates, including when it was submitted, processed, shared, and viewed. -
Customer Invitations: opens a dialog that lists all of the invitations that have been sent for this scenario; invitations can be reset or revoked from here.
-
Share: send an email to your customer or additional interested parties with a link to the report. If the report has not yet been shared to the contact associated with the project, that contact will appear by default in the share dialog. You may also add more interested parties by their email addresses:
To the right of these icons are 3 buttons:
- Upload Site Plan: use this option to upload any image (e.g. satellite image of the project with proposed areas for equipment installation) to be available for download to customers viewing your report
- Proposal: generate a formatted proposal as a Word document
- Proforma: download the detailed proforma PDF
When a customer views the shared report for the first time, the scenario status will change to Viewed and be timestamped, and the analyst who shared the scenario will be sent an email:
