The Project Dashboard

The dashboard is the main entry point of the system and enables access to all projects. By default, only the active (not closed) projects to which you have access are shown in the list.

The project list can be filtered in the following way:

  • Toggling Show Active Only: when true, only non-closed projects will be shown, when false, all projects will be shown.
  • Toggling Show Only My Projects: when true, only projects that you have created will be shown, when false, all projects to which you have access will be shown
  • Typing in the Search Projects box will filter the project list to projects that have the filter text within their name, the customer name, the project status, or within the last modified information.

In addition to the project list, a few elements are present on every page:

  • The bell icon indicates if there are important scenario or system activities that have occurred. See Viewing and Sharing Results for more information.
  • The question mark icon is a link to this knowledgebase; it shows links to articles related to the current application view and enables the submission of any support requests.
  • The person icon is the account menu, where you can view our terms of service, privacy policy, and log out of Keystone Designer.
